A passing through, but does Sion get health off of voidlings from a Zz'Rot portal if he kills them?

I'd imagine so. For similar reasons, don't use ZzRot against Nasus.

Seeing as how voidlings do not count as minions and whatnot, I would expect the answer to be no.
