It is a legit reason to be worried. The latest reworks, and more than enough in the past, have only proven to make that champion weaker and less viable for creativity.

Depends what kinda of rework. I mean.. As far as full VGU's go I think Riot has a fantastic track record. Roster updates are a whole other storey though.

I'm a Vel'Koz main and I'm satisfied with the Vel'Koz rework. I'd rather have the new Vel'Koz than the old.

Pretty sure only class updates have been issues. Otherwise when it concerns individual reworks, besides CertainlyT's previous track record on reworking champs and that blue man with a scroll who I shall not name, most of the reworks do seem to be come off just right.
