I am pretty certain that this tip has been invalid for several years, and yet it exists in the system for some reason. I am certain this was a new tip added, as I've not seen it before.
Given that the Tribunal has been in 'maintenance' for years, it is likely dead. The tip should be removed.
Yeah there have been plenty of games where someone uses the "N" word or "%%%got" which I report and never see anything. Wonder if there is a '0 tolerance' like they say.
there's also one where it says something like swearing at a teammate has an increased chance of loss

I know the Tribunal was a thing where community members came together and voted about punishment of a case, but I think the automated system is now also called the Tribunal. Correct me if I'm wrong.
If it is, then the tip is correct, since an overwhelming portion of the community still thinks that racial and homophobic slurs are unacceptable, and that the Tribunal should punish players who say them.
the report system is there only to vent frustraition of players
I have seen it many times before but it is outdated.
I don't think it applied when they added tips to the loading screen.
