Okay, with the Sona update done, and the Viktor and Soraka ones on PBE, can Riot please take a look at Ashe and give her a gameplay update? As the champion that brought me into League in the first place, I find it disappointing that she's completely useless in today's ADC environment, as well as in a meta where everyone and their grandma has a pre-6 hard CC or gapcloser. Right now Ashe is really hit-or-miss where if she gets ahead, she stays ahead, but if she's behind, there's no chance of catching up.

Now, I understand that Ashe was conceived as part of the original 40 champs, where soft CC pre-6 was considered strong, and a global hard CC was overpowered, but seriously. With every ADC getting a gapcloser (and Lucian's in particular being made spammable), Ashe has fallen even further on hard times.

Please, Riot. Please take a look at Ashe and give her a gameplay update to make her viable in today's scene.

What would you give Ashe in order for her to compete with current picks?

I'd go for a buff in base MS or AS but nothing else really, I don't play her much in ranked (this is not my main account) because missing the arrow is super punishing and I like to be a little more safe... maybe a good buff would be that if the arrow doesn't hit anything, it's cd is halved? there'd be a lot of arrows in a game then but with Mikael's running around I don't think that'd be much pressure.
