About those plays with Flash

I need help here. When I wanna do the flash+dash combo: (E.g. Leblanc's w) do i need to do w+flash or viceversa?Even with Lucian's E, because when I do it in game I am not sure how's working.

Flash then the skill, unless its a targeted ability with a cast time, Like Lee Sin's ultimate, Where casting then flashing is more beneficial.

For instance, if you do the dash first with LB, you will land first, then flash farther, but the damage won't carry as far as I know. In terms of targeted dashes, like Lucian or Ekko where they are propelled in the direction and can go through walls, it doesn't matter if you flash first or not.

it actually depends on the skill i believe

example where you would flash during: J4 E+Q combo.

The combo pulls you a set distance i believe, and flashing during it would pull you the distance even if it's further than the E

shen's taunt, gragas belly slam is cast then flash to remove potential reaction time.

not sure what you're trying to do with leblancs w with flash but if it's for damage the w needs to be cast second i believe.

Lucians E shouldn't really matter the order since the e doesn't have another effect except passive.

you always wanna save your spells for after the flash 90% of the time, only few champs are where you use the spell first example rivens broken blades

with shen's taunt and gragas's belly slam if you flash during the ability you finish the ability where you flash out of, so if you e-flash you get a longer range taunt that's very hard to avoid.

i'm not sure if you're just considering those part of the %10* where it's better to cast first and that this was just agreeing with what I said, or if you didn't know/understand this.

summoner 4 always flash then your ability. Or simultaneously. If you looking to gap close for a kill or all in. So for LB, Flash then W or R. Nice set up combos. so if your enemy sticks around while low, you got cooldowns up. Flash Q-W for the kill. Takes practice and since flash is on a high cooldown. But once you get it down its fun todo.
