I passionately hate the "Never Surrender" crowd in norms

I'm sick of being stuck in 30 minute games where everyone is getting stomped in every teamfight because a couple of people have a "never surrender" attitude. The surrender function was specifically added to end unwinnable games where they snowballed really early, and some people just refuse to use it. It's a normals game, it doesn't matter if we lose, just end the game and move on. We have no chance at winning when their bot lane and mid lane are completely fed and one shotting everybody. It isn't fair that other players have to suffer through playing an unwinnable game because some idiot(s) thinks that somehow the enemy team will magically throw their 10k+ gold lead. I wholly support never surrender in Ranked, but with norms, seriously just end the game and move on. All you're doing is letting the enemy team pad their stats by not surrendering.

If you are suffering while playing league then you need to stop playing league. Some people enjoy the challenge of trying to comeback, some people just care about playing the game and having a good time without regards to winning. IF you cant handle that just don't play.

ik the feel, but whats worse, is when its a game we can win, everyone on my team wants to ff, the irony

It's 7-28 at 20 mins. Enemy kog already has 12 kills.

"We can win, there is still a chance!"

Those are the people that suck the enjoyment out of the game for me. I'm all for comebacks, but I'm also for moving on when a game is obviously over. Still stay and try my hardest if a voet fails, but wasting another 15 minutes getting farmed for kills in a game that's been unwinnable for quite a while is no fun for me.

See my issue is my usual group of friends started playing ages before me so when i play i typically que with diamond or so with them, Im bad at the game but i have a ton of game knowledge i just refuse to sit here and play for hours to really grind the practice to maybe get to that level, im ok with that i accept it. The issue is i then que into people my level and i can see that the game is over, the enemy yas just walked up and killed 4 of us without us taking him to half.. thats a game over in the vast majority of games. But because i say so and no one else understands how hard that scaling works if you cant just cc lock him the whole fight I get reported for grieving and giving up. Im sick of it honestly. The "Never surrender" mentality tilts me and makes this game less enjoyable then the overly toxic playerbase in my exp. Id rather just leave a losing game and start up another that could be won but seeing its a loss, saying its a loss, and then still playing to your best will just get you reported and at the least chat restricted. broken system

I wish we could also add no queueing with low levels. 30+ should not be able to queue with anything under 30 cause I just had a game ruined by this duo of a 60 and a 17 that would not want to FF... we were losing to a game the had 14, 11, and 6 on the enemy team cause this stupid duo. Levels need a lock to keep people in their own level ranges

Usually the guy who wants to surrender is some douche who thinks "things are going bad for me, therefore we can't win, because it's all about me". Like 90% of the time at least. I'd enable the option to automatically vote no on any surrender vote if we had it.
