If you want them to gank your lane, DON'T SHOVE THE ENEMIES UNDER TOWER. Not everybody likes tower dives at level 3 or 4, and at that point you don't have the damage to pull off a dive. It's really annoying when people beg for ganks and then shove them under tower. If you think you're getting a gank like that, you're gonna leave the game disappointed.

Proceeds to shove enemy under tower, never wards river, pings assist while jg is clearly in 3v3 bot or 2v2 mid and engages at half health vs full health enemy who happens to be a hard counter to their champ

I legit tell my Jungler to ignore top unless it is a counter gank.
I one trick Kayle and I intentionally push the wave under tower the entire game and suffocate them at their tower.
PSA for my jungler:
Get over here! We're diving, baby!
(but for real your gripe is legit- moreover we shouldn't leave ourselves exposed like sitting ducks)
It's fine if you and your laners are near full hp and the enemies are really low. It's not that hard.
On the flip side, if a laner is constantly shoving their opponent under tower, please put pressure elsewhere on the map. The enemy jungler is bound to go to that lane, so you have an opportunity to make a play elsewhere.
I would rather have my jungler track the enemy jungler than flank, 100% of the time.
