Adcs can be generally strong or generally weak even when there's a given top tier. At the moment, the top tier adcs are pretty damn strong, and Jinx gets along just fine like she always does (that's why she's listed here). The rest are whatever.

Then why play anything else. I know it's stupid they're the only good, but Hecarim LeeSin Vi Zac are also the only real good junglers. Is jungle as a role weak then?

You need to wake up and start doing the metagame. Riot buffs and nerfs every two weeks and the meta shifts A LOT. In half a year, some of those champions will probably be overshadowed by someone else.

  3. Jungle has had its significance bumped and re-bumped higher and higher for a while now. Junglers alone can decide an entire game if they play their cards right.
