Nasus sustain

Write your thoughts it says...

Rushed sheen and his Q pre-9 soaks the damage, at level 18 with a full GP AD build, Nasus had 2 armor items and more or less laughed at LW + 400 AD triforce hits.

Forcing Nasus to actually build a lifesteal item would solve the cancer that he becomes. He's not awesome or OP but its extremely frustrating when you can't do anything about him early game because he's too tanky or has some jungle help. His lifesteal is just cancer. Give him any kind of other productive passive to help him be safer and not smash the entire enemy team at 20 minutes with 300 stacks.

You do realize most tanks and fighters have health-sustain somewhere in their kit, right?

Base stats on champions are really really close.

For tanks to really feel tanky through their kits, Riot tends to give them HP/5 to get through the lanning phase and actually feel like a tanky champion capable of taking a few hits, over being ~10% beefier than your typical ranged champion sans-items for the early game.

Sustain and burst life steal are two different things. Even if they just took it away from minions, idk.

Most?

Also, for a long while Darius had the single highest HP/5 stat in the game. It's currently the 3rd highest at level 1 and the 2nd highest at level 18, Riot did actually compensate his base stats to address a lack of innate sustain.

He does restore more HP/5 than Fiora despite Fiora having an HP/5 passive.

Here's how I'd do it: change it to something like "Basic attacks restore X% of damage dealt (before damage mitigation) as health", like what they did for WotA. Obviously, the percentage would be a lot lower, so for minions it'd be weaker, but against Champions it'd be more consistent.

While we are at it lets change vayne W to consume mana on every shot when active

If you're letting Nasus farm up enough to just straight up rush a sheen and then lifesteal off of minions more than you can harass him while he has no defensive items, you've almost certainly not won the lane against him anyways.

You need to harass Nasus as much as you possibly can. He should not be able to rush an item, and if you can zone him under the tower so much the better.

For this you will need a champion with a decent early game. The good part about Nasus is most people AFK farm top with him expecting there to be a late game. If you play a champion with a lot of snowball potential, then roam as soon as you can. It's unfortunate Nasus is a race against time champion, but there's no reason you can't deny him late game if you're playing most top laners because they usually snowball pretty hard earlier.

Nasus is quite happy to farm under tower, so that doesn't work. If you do get ahead and roam, you come back and he has 500+ stacks and just deletes you. It's a lose/lose proposition most games. Nasus stacks WAY too fast right now.

Who said anything about getting him to farm under turret? You should be pushing him there, not your minion wave. He gets picked so much because a lot of people don't play against him correctly. If you're Nasus you do not want to be bullied out of lane. Minion wave control is absolutely key in this matchup. Let him watch from his turret, punish him the instant he tries to go in to try to farm.

Once you get an item or two, it's time to stat rolling. While he AFK farms top, go to another lane, get a kill, get an item, go back bully him again. Repeat until the other lanes get crushed.

The best counter to Nasus is a quick game because he cannot fight effectively early game most of the time.

Until the jungler comes top, ganks since you are so far away from your tower, and then you get ass raped the rest of the game by a Nasus who is fed AND has stacks. Good luck with that.

Well I ward anytime I extend. I don't ever go out that far without vision, so I don't think that's going to happen, and still hasn't in most of my Nasus matchups. Like I said though, minion wave control/zoning him under tower and punishing him anytime he tries to farm = unhappy Nasus.

The problem with Nasus is that yes, you can slow him down, but he is going to get stacks eventually no matter what you do. Any decent Nasus player will have around 300 stacks at the 15 minute mark even being pressured. They really need to adjust how fast he get stacks.
