Yuumi hotfix

Riot, buffing yuumi's damage was actually a bad idea. A better idea would have been to split her unattached q from her attached q damage, along with the slow.

Keep the buffed slow for yuumi's attached q, but decrease its damage. Increase yuumi's damage on unattached q, but lower the slow, dont have it like how you did it. Thats actually really bad because with how you have her now, it gives her free damage for ZERO RISK TO HER. Keep all the rest of it, but definatly seperate the q.

Literally, i did more damage than kayn because of this and i didnt even die more than once XD
