It is actually more like 70% of games will have at least one of them, about 18% will have 2 of them and about 3% will have all three.
That does add up to about 90%. but you failed to consider for the fact that they are not limited to one a game.
This game snowballing has gotten way to out of hand that we might as well have surrender at 10 minutes because that is when games are decided in this meta.
