No runes for mages under Precision

And no runes for dps under sorcery. I know dps mages are a minority and can be individually buffed, but this update was supposed to be about letting you choose your playstyle and some champions like Vladimir actually have fewer choices in the new setup.

Mages could use Triumph, Coup de Grace, and Last Stand. DOT mages or sustained damage mages could also use Cut Down. As for marksmen, they could use Gathering Storm, Nullifying Orb, Absolute Focus, and some, like draven or Vayne could take Phase Rush.
