gameplay issue: the game if literaly f****d

i had 4 years of positive experience, i was lag free and happy, had good fps

but from a day or 2 the game stutters 24/7
nothing changed from my side, the connection is fine but the game works like its lagging i treid lowering the graphical settings cause im sure its not a problem with my connection but even on the lowest graphical settings i had this problem

for someone who plays adc quite often and needs to lasthit its quite a problem
