His playrate is so low that no statistics on him are trustworthy. He definitely isn't a late game monster.

The only reason why i think his win rate shoots up like that is because he gets his lasts items and a item 2140 or item 2138 his ult late game is not bad considering it does 400 magic damage in a huge aoe its not like wow that does a ton of damage but in a team fight that's not to bad and if you hit the adc with it that's like what a good chunk of their health including your blood price which can do 400 damage late game with your Q dealing 260 base stats with 60% of you AD and your E which is 215 with 60% of your AD and all and all that's like 1000 some odd damage
