CAssio 30% extra ap passive is countner productive

And i will prove it by scientific demonstration.

what is the purpose of this 30% extra ap passive ? -> to make cassio a pure ap carry, so she must buy ap item to fully exploit her passive.

What is the best ap item in this game ? -> rabaddon ! it give 120+30% bonus ap.

Except that for a few months, rabadon ap bonus and cassio ap bonus doesnt stack MULTIPLICATIVELY anymore !! rabadon+casio passive give 60% bonus ap (not 69% anymore :((( )

so actually rabadon only give 23% bonus ap to cassiopeia ! (because 1.30*1.23=1.6) that's bad ! rabadon is actually not a strong item for cassio !!

that's why it's coutner productive, cassio is meant to superscale with ap item, but rabadon the super scaling ap item is a poor item on her. seriously why would i get 23% ap bonus ? that's too low, there are better item, luden echoe is for example far better.
