Support Kayle Build
First make sure you have Aether Wing Kayle because there's literally no reason to playing Kayle if you don't have that skin.
Runes are A/S marks, Armor per level seals, Magic Resist per level glyphs, Attack Speed quintessence:
You can also just go for a standard tank support rune page with armor marks, health per level seals, MR per level glyphs and tank quintessence. However with Kayle support you want to be exerting pressure and making use of Righteous Fury otherwise you could've picked Soraka or Sona instead. So the attack speed early helps with trading. The bonus damage on E means you're like another ADC in lane early and the resistances allow you to give a beating along with the higher level 1 attack speed. I've forced the enemy to use potions at level 1 like every game because they underestimate my tankyness and damage output, giving the carry an easy time during the lane phase. Her base armor is 27 which is pretty good and allows her to trade early.
Masteries are 0/12/18: Cunning: Wanderer > Secret Stash > Meditation > Bandit Resolve: Unyielding > Tough Skin > Veteran Scars > Insight > (Swiftness) > Stoneborn Pact
So you go for resolve because Kayle has heal on a 9s CD that doesn't allow her to use wind speakers enough. Veteran Scars because you're not going to be using W on yourself too often and the extra flat health helps with early game aggression. You can switch out swiftness for legendary guardian if you're not worried about CC. Stoneborn Pact is because we will permanently apply it once we get Rylais and it's also the main reason why Kayle support has been working great for me.
With Kayle stoneborn pact will be at 50% for pretty much the whole game except early. However it's fine because no one makes use of stoneborn pact early really. It's later on when you start noticing it. Honestly the reduction isn't even that bad. With the build I got you will normally be at 50 health per second, reduced would be 25 health per second which isn't that bad if you compare it to Ardent Censer. An important thing to note is that you'll ALSO have ardent censer along with it meaning you got around 50 health per second anyways. The 5% bonus health is also great throughout the game.
Abilties: 1 point in E first. Than max R->W->Q->E. A thing about Kayle is that none of her abilities have the CD dropped with rank meaning although you max E last you can still have it up 100% of the time later on.
R: Yeah it's invulnerability so...
W: Max it first for healing because we're not going to be focused on dealing damage with E. The ability also grants good base MS when maxed at 30% along with one of the highest base healing with 240. With a completed build you will usually get around 40% MS and 300 healing (360 with ardent and redemption).
Q: Max second for for the slow which helps get people you're not in range to auto attack. At max rank the ability will slow by 55% for 3s and have 1.8s downtime, considering rylai's you should always be able to get the slow on an individual target. The ability will deal base damage of 260 at max rank and 340 with all the AP items.
E: Max last cause we're not playing for damage. Main usage is to get holy fervor passive off for 15% armor and magic resist reduction and apply rylais perma slow. Regardless if you take attack speed runes you will be able to perma slow. When maxed it gives 60 base damage and 100 damage total with items which is pretty good. 100 magic damage per second in an AoE from a support means you can't sleep on it entirely. Note that when you activate this ability you are completely considered range. However with it off you can farm with targons normally and execute minions.

Usually I go:

Early game order:
->
Rylai's first cause Kayle support is all about perma slow 20% which will also proc stoneborn pact. Early on it'll be like a weaker version of ardent censer but later will surpass it in terms of healing. THe mastery is also effected by healing and shielding increases so yeah. I usually average a good amount of healing off it depending on how aggressive I can play. You wanna build the item ASAP but you don't wanna avoid getting Eye of the Equinox because once you get it you'll be able to execute minions more often. Getting the most of gold items is important for any support so don't sleep on it.
Ardent Censer because you apply the heal on W but also with stoneborn pact. Meaning you can constantly give your whole team ardent censer procs if you're focusing the same targets which is what really starts making Kayle support shine. The only other supports that have 100% ardent censer up time for the whole team are Taric and Sona. So it's pretttty damn good. And we all know that Ardent is pretty overbearing.
Now the items afterwards really depend on what you want but I've usually been going redemption into zeke's convergence if I get that far.
Redemption is pretty good. Because you have Rylai's it will also apply the slow and stoneborn pact to all enemies you hit with it. Also allows for a good chunk of healing while you're saving someone with Intervention. Usually you'll get the heal to 600 damage with this build. This item is orientated for protecting the whole team which I think is good for Kayle because her abilities mostly focus on one target. Redemption allows her to help her whole team more.
Knight's Vow if you really need to protect one ally. Also makes you tankier if you needa be tankier but you should be kiting and not going too far up.
Zeke's Convergence because it creates a cool effect alongside Intervention. Allows your partner to make good use of the extra damage without the fear of retaliation. Because Kayle is centered around auto attacks she will be able to keep her frost storm ignited for the whole duration usually. I also feel that Zeke's Convergence is more of a late game item so I don't recommend buying it early.
Playstyle
Early game: If there's not too many minions literally just go up with E and start attacking the enemy and kiting them out like you would as normal Kayle. You want to make use of the fact that you have more aggressive tools than support champions and use them to begin carving out an early lead. Try not to spam W or Q too much early because the mana cost is pretty high. Always try to execute siege and melee minions because they give the most gold. For the first wave try to execute at least 1 or 2 melee minion so that you can charge more stacks. By the 3rd wave you'll have another stack for the siege minion. Just repeat like that early.
From there on it's just playing Kayle. If the enemy doesn't have too much pressure on you create your own pressure. Move up and start giving a beating with E and kite them out whenever you can. Kayle as a support doesn't have much play making just like other heal based supports but she has pressure with 525 range and if the enemy isn't showing respect you can bring on the perma slow and start getting your team to gun em down. And that's pretty much it.
A similar playstyle is Ashe support. However in comparison Ashe has permaslow and that's it. She has her stun and healing with her permaslow but nothing more. Kayle has resistance reduction, AoE permaslow, Movement speed boost, healing and invulnerability. She is also more reliable.
If your allies are all bunched up and you want to use Intervention cast it on their champion portrait either on the left or bottom right of your screen so that you don't miss.
