Can we just give Aatrox an unstoppable Q already

Current Q is supposedly unstoppable on descent, which is inconsistent, probably severely bugged and feels terrible. Aatrox players have been suggesting a completely unstoppable Q since 2016, long before the mini rework. It wouldn't break the champion but merely decrease the amount of frustration and inconsistency one may face playing Aatrox.
