Talon e now causes the targets next spell to fizzle.
If you use a spell under the effect of fizzle it will consume resource and go on cooldown but will not work this works on summoner spells too but only for that one spell. Thoughts?

Marthian1 votesSo even MORE toxic than his free silence? Assassins do not need guarantee'd CC (that is why they removed silences on a ton of assassins: Lack of counterplay and made kills too easy.)
In comparison: Leblanc's root you have to stay within distance and Ahri's E is a skillshot.
