Wait Yorick is getting nerfed? because he counter Darius?

The only reason why Yorick is so strong is because of Darius getting strong too, he is the perfect counter to Darius yet Yorick is getting nerfed but Darius stays unchanged?!?!?!?!? Is this a biased change? Do you have a Darius main on the balance team?! Because Nerfing 1 champion because he does too well vs the flavour of the month top lane?

Thats what they want you to think, but clearly the only reason you pick Yorick is to be able to deal with Darius and give Darius a hard time. I won't believe claim that Yorick is actually doing good in low mmr. Garen makes sense but Yorick!?!?!

Urgot outscale Daruis and could beat him in 1v1 early, Illaoi outscale and could even beat him in 1v1 early, Volibear is strong duelist against daruis, Trundle is powerhouse against him, Jax out scale, Yorick after nerfs will stay strong cause he can poke him safely , Swain is hell for him.

And i say that with all my hate toward Daruis and as Urgot, Yorick and illaoi Main myself. Yorick always was countering daruis and nothing new in that and nothing will change.

Yorrick is getting nerfed because he needs it.

Despite not being popular, he's a nightmarishly strong split pusher. His lane is extremely safe, his poke is very low-risk, he's super difficult to lock down / effectively gank due to his high base defenses and strong zone denial with wall. And, lastly, he's able to outduel.. damn near everything (and even most 2v1s) with Maiden up.

For his only weakness being team fighting, which he's not actually BAD at, he has too much going on.
