Anyone See More Ragequits Recently?

Every few games, someone either sits in fountain or literally leaves the game, either on my team or the other team, whether in norms or ranked.

Here’s how it usually goes. Top lane or jungle picks a fighter, plays aggressively, does not place enough vision or ignores the map, and dies to a tank or scaler during a risky all-in. They get tilted, die more, and start running around the map, making increasingly aggressive plays until I can’t tell whether they mean to survive or not. Then they put up a surrender vote and, as I said, sit in fountain or disconnect when it doesn’t go their way. Just to be clear, this happens to the other team about as often.

For reference, I’m Silver II midlane and haven’t seen literal ragequits since my glory days in the depths of Bronze. Can anyone else relate to this?
