Is there any chance that one of the next keystone runes will be something like a mana stealing rune? It sure would be interesting to play with the idea (tho it would be weird against champs with no mana). Just posted this here, maybe it becomes something more than just a discussion.

used to burn the enemies mana.
they removed the mechanic in earlier seasons, because mana burn mechanics are too binary.
either they do shit, because the enemy just has enough mana to keep casting spells, and its essentially just regular on-hit damage, or they completey destroy you and are overpowered, because they essentially perma silence you.
It seems like a serious nuisance, especially on the current patches where Riot took so much time fixing mana stats/issues back then.
There is a 0% chance of mana burn or mana steal being added to the game.
Years ago they changed Wit's End so it wouldn't burn mana anymore. I doubt the mechanic would come back in the game.
