about kayns shadow assassin Q and why he is kinda bad atm

its unchanged.... and when in rhaast form it changes. why not make his q have more dash range? or make it like the w so you dash in front but you dont have to wait for the slash animation cause a shadow slashes around where you dashed? just make it somewhat better? atm kayn is kinda bad.... not only his base stats are bad but he is so easily countered especially in the jungle. no rhaast route means no chance to win (see how i said chance, not guarantee win? ) what do you guys think of my shadow assasin q idea?

He is only bad on bad players. He has the same problem Kha'zix has had sense day one... 1 evo is always worthless.

Rhaast is good because sustain is broken when it's strong. Shadow is bad because if he misses anything he essentially fails the fight.

They'll probably buff shadow soon though and maybe nerf rhaast. Hopefully just buff shadow though.

Shadow Assassin and Rhaast each have one form changed just for them, one form changed for both, and one form unchanged.

Rhaast gets the Q and knock up on W

SA gets the Shadow W, upgraded E

and then they both get different passives and effects on the ult

i like the idea of his q having a shadow involved as the ''shadow assassin'' docent have many shadow aspects to him considering its all part of his lore, he docent seem to utilise the shadows as the main part of his kit like zed does, so it would be nice if Kayn could live up to his name as the shadow reaper by using more shadows in his abilities. i do like the idea of giving his q extra range as it would help his engage into a team fight where there are few walls to e through of if the e is on cool down. As at the moment he is difficult to engage as the shadow assassin because of the lack in the q's range By giving Kayn the shadow on his q you can do more combos which is all part of being an assassin. At the moment i think both forms are very similar so and as Rhaast is the more powerful one at the moment the shadow assassin form does need adjusting and needs to feel like an assassin and live up to his lore as being the shadow reaper
