Suggestion: Masteries shown in game as buffs/debuffs

It would be nice and VERY helpful if Riot would make it so mastery icons and what they do would be shown as buffs/debuffs. I mean, right now it is like this: after you use, for example, Thunderlord's, you get a debuff on the bottom right of your health/mana UI that shows the CD, right?

So, what if you would get ALL of them like that in game? So you can see how much damage you will do with "Fresh Blood" and when it's up, for example. Or how many stacks you have with "Bounty Hunter". Or so you can see when "Bandit"s CD is up.

OR if not in a "buff/debuff" style then in a different tab? Like when you press C to see all of your stats?
