I played a few games of him since the last patch and really his clear isnt as strong as it used to be. I havent tried him with a raptor start tho, but I know that he doesn't have the strongest clear, but if you can get past the clear issue, his mobility makes his ganks fast, hard and reliable.

I can't remember the last time I played him top, I wouildnt be able to tell you really. There are a few prominent top laners that you'll see often like Riven, Renekton, Darius that would just put the hurt on him too much for me to really suggest it, but he does have his decent sustain, so I'm open to yay or nay on this one/
