Singed can run around and heal off his poison

Conqueror does not need a fucking heal. All riot needed to do was bring back fervor of battle, and we never would have had to go down this year-long rabbit hole of hell. If you want to heal for the damage you do, itemize for it, or go into the domination tree.

I understand that certain champions need to sustain as it's part of their kit as well as their identity, but Singed is not one of those champions.
