Does Ravenous Hunter Proc on Healing Effects that Target Allies?

Now, I know that the effect says "heal from the damage your abilities deal," but RH has also increased non-damage healing since its inception. IDK if that's a bug or if it's intended behaviour, but that's how it is.

But I was wondering, especially since playing Senna lately... does RH also proc on healing effects directed at your allies? IDK if it's because I'm just doing well or if it's a psychological illusion, but my heals on Senna (including my teammates) seem better when RH is stacked.

I'd appreciate the community's thoughts on the matter. The in-game descriptions for abilities and keystones aren't always exactly enlightening lol.
