The boards complain about Fiora's % max health true damage. Yeah, she's a tank buster, but she should deal physical damage.
The boards ALSO complain about adcs, tank busters once again, bursting them with physical damage.
Don't you guys think Fiora would do the exact same thing if she did full AD damage?

People don't realize that Fio's true damage is designed so she doesn't ass-blast your carries without being fed a good deal first.

Crit isn't tank specific burst. % Max health true damage, however, does effect tanks more than squishies because it ignores defenses, but carries don't opt for resistances. That means that the effective health Fio eats through when hitting a tank is significantly higher than when she's hitting a carry, but people still whine.
People just hate carries.
