Seriusly 30% damage in less than 2,5 seconds is hard to proc in the early game... The reason why other masteries (THUNDERLORD) are more popular is because they are easier to proc...

I can proc this on all the champs I take it on pretty easily.

Tanks? Why are you using it on tanks? You pop carries and run mach 5.

I know it is buffed, the thing is that it needs to be more easy to proc, 30% in 2,5 seconds is too much, it should be something like 25% in 3 seconds, right now it is only useful for assasins and some ADC with high crit, the thing is, if it is easier to proc then it is more reliable, then it is more popular, because right now the option is thunderlord.

nah its good as is think about it if your getting ganked its most likely enemy with be extremly low as well and gives an option to escape
