I would like Riot to tell me how I'm supposed to act towards or react towards players who are being toxic and inflammatory. I've been attempting to train myself to be less critical of others, and more of myself. Unfortunately, I have had the misfortune of playing with these people. And they taunt and taunt. I just want them to play their champ. So Riot, what do you have for me?

But question is how to do deal with idiots, First game of the day since a Toxic Yesterday in game, and Toxic Players flat out just threw my game on purpose.
Our support decides to lock mid thinking they can carry builds incorrectly for the build I would be running with anyways.
Our Bot Lane (Auto Locks) Invalid Champion for me to even support with properly, even worse a game that could have been won because it was lower elo they decide to play like a dummy take over 30% HP damage in a single trade at level 3, and then the enemy gets ahead because of this and its game, but could have done a lot better if they knew What to do in lane phase and how to play.
But instead the player goes afk not in doubt because of having a bad game because of this idiot creating problems to begin with and the game is lost if they were just going to AFK they could have told me at champion select and my personal stats would be a lot better, but regardless the amount of trolls is high in games right now.
What do you do when you get trolls, and idiots in game doesn't matter if I am going 3-0 in lane 1v1's if the group has no group fight ability champion wise, or troll comp and loss heck half the peoples I am match with have no idea what to run or what to do.
mute, and report after the game. If they're spamming chat with cussing and shit make sure to get record of it.
The biggest thing is, I'm EXPECTED to carry if I'm "Good" and can climb. How do I climb if it is literally people doing stuff they shouldn't do in normals and they do it in RANKED.
