That moment when you have all your team's kills, won lane, but still can't carry.
Recently had a game where Teambuilder once again matched me against and with Golds and Silvers when I'm a lonely bronze. However I had picked 
and got fed early game thanks to some roaming and won my lane, got the tower down and overall controlled my lane opponent.
However all these supposedly "higher ranks" kept making foolish decisions like engaging 2v3 face checking bushes when we're against a shaco junglier, and overall kept looking for fights when as a team we weren't that strong. Next thing I know I'm practical 12 5 and 4 but my team is wanting to surrender and all of our towers are gone plus an inhib.
I know its possible to carry teams back from giant deficits I've been on the receiving end of it too many damn times. But how can I carry a team with a supper that doesn't ward and all the other lanes are fed to hell and back and we have no goddam jungle control in patch 4. fucking 21 where Dragon is game winning. 2 questions arise from this situation and rant:

How in God's green earth am I not in gold or silver rank if this is the caliber of their players (systems broken?)

How do you carry a shitty team (Is it even possible) as Fizz i could kill the enemy Ashe and Veigar but when nobody peels or groups for the fights all it takes is a Leona stun or Garen silence and Im a goner.
Some advice would be much appreciated.
