that is actually worth buying unlike Ohmwrecker in it's current state which does not feel good to buy on anyone in any situation currently.

Ohmwrecker could be fixed in several ways such as making the passive fortify a turret next to you for 4 seconds in addition to the current nullify an enemy turret for 2 seconds it currently has. Basically making it's active have offensive and defensive utility. The 120 second Cooldown is enough of a gating to this potential abuse.

Another option is to add a ruby crystal to Ohmwrecker's build path and increase the health by 150, armor by 5, health regen by 50% and cost by 250. It really does not feel worth the item slot in it's current state.

that zeke's is as bought almost as little as the the old version.

I basically never see it and I can't even justify it on an all AD team like the old version.

Why doi you need another 10% item? just go over cdr cap, put it in your runes, or settle with not having 40%

because we have 0% CDR and 20% CDR items that are worth buying.

So then buy them? Is there anything that 10% CDR really accomplishes specially? I mean with how much CDR in the game now, it's kinda ok to go over the cap now, and you can buy the items for the other stats/passives.

Or is this just a thread about buffing Ohmwreaker
