Possible update to Miss Fortune's passive.

===Strut=== Miss Fortune gains X bonus movement speed for every X units of distance between her and the nearest enemy champion, up to a maximum bonus of X.

===Bullet Time=== New effect: After using Bullet Time the bonus movement speed that Miss Fortune gains from Strut is doubled for a duration twice as long as the amount of time she spends channeling the ability.

How would this affect Miss Fortune as a champion? Do you think it would be a positive or negative change and why?

I don't understand what the purpose of this change would be. She moves fastest when at the absolute maximum range away from a champion? That doesn't help during laning phase and that certainly doesn't help during/after teamfights. If you're running from someone, the second they're out of range, her speed would drop. And what's the point of a speed buff after using Bullet Time anyway? I don't know what that's supposed to accomplish.

Miss Fortune's passive is fine just the way it is.

I think the only complaint people have with her right now is her E.
