can we rework manamune stacking? just so that champs who aren't ezreal can use it

I like the shock and awe passive but seriously the stacking could be redone

Certain champs could use this in really fun ways if the effort wasn't so torturous

They won't do it. It was requested for years. Probably the item would have been removed years ago, if it wasn't Ezrael to get it. The only other champion that was buying this was Jayce (and lethality Varus midlane)

Manamune stacks on autos, it's just a shame that your manamune (non ezreal) adc build would probably be item 3042 item 3078 item 3508. Maybe if melee champs got ambient stacks over time, I think that'd be a good change.
