Who else hates Zilean's Rewind (W)? What would you replace it with?

Rewind is easily Zilean's worst skill. Invisible power, no real gameplay. You just spam it whenever possible (except early when mana is a concern) and get free CDR. Talk about old, bad mechanics.

I'm sure Riot will replace the skill whenever they decide to give Zilean a rework, but what would you like to see them replace Rewind with?

(Note that I have NEVER played Zilean before because I absolutely hate him. Doesn't mean I can't criticize his kit for having bad gameplay elements.)
