laneselective matching still not working

we supposedly have matching where people know what they're doing in their lanes now. but its not working. over and over, I get garbage on my team, yet somehow, peoel who know what they're doing on the other team.

my latest ranked match is a perfect example. ME: 5/1/8 my teams laners: 0/10/15 6/11/8 7/13/7 10 deaths each in a 30 minute game.

It wouldnt be so bad, if the system put me in lower levels where both sides dont know what they're doing, so I can climb. But it consistently keeps putting me in teams where laners STILL dont know what they're doing in their roles, they feed their butts off, so I can do nothing against a crazy fed enemy team even though I did awesome in my lane. Over. and over. and over again.

Please keep trying to improve matchmaking. The theory is supposedly good, but in practice, it isnt enough. If it was working, i should be getting close matches. But they almost never are.
