I feel like despite Naomi's label as an enchanter, her enchanting capabilities are low compared to Janna lulu soraka etc. However she makes up for that with her much better cc and overall playmaking ability, so wouldn't this make her more of a catcher than enchanter

Nami can catch and chase extremely well, but i would consider her a peel enchanter over anything.'
And dont forget nami has a heal in her w, something

I think that her CC is more to disengage than for engage due to how easy to dodge her buble is, so I would call her a Enchanter.

She's both. She has two basic abilities that work for an enchanter, and one that is specific to a catcher. Her ultimate works both ways.
But I feel like we're splitting hairs here, it doesn't really matter which category she falls into, she's a fun champ regardless.
