Ult from across the map! Who needs CC when you naturally half HP anyone that isn't melee and stacking hp? And then wait 30s and do it all again because you're the 'Ultimate Hunter' apparently?
This is less of a "this champ is dumb" or "this meta is dumb" gameplay thread and moreso a "this meta has too much frontloaded damage" thread. You can propose whatever solution you want. I say remove Sudden Impact from the game.

The amount of times I have blown flash to get ontop on my carry because of that ult lol. It's deffinately worthy of its name but not close to being broken imo.
I can see it being a problem for solo laners though.

Sudden impact doesnt give you ms. And on the champs with the most ms, or high ms building 
, the AD or AP from celerity can get even stronger than sudden impacts pen.
The champ you made this thread about can really abuse celerity becasue of his ms buffs in kit.
