Ahri : Kog'maw is still pretty strong though, what do we do about him...

Yasuo : Guys I'm feeling to lazy to balance him..

Zac: lets revert him to how he was in season 5, then we wont have to worry about balancing him.

Trundle: WHAT NO! we cant revert him! MY EGO IS TOO BIG AND IM FULL OF MYSELF! If we revert him then people will ask to revert our other failed reworks (item 3070 Mordekaiser item 3070 )

Zac: Lets just revert his QW! Lets not revert his ult! So that he cant use triforce properly! OH AND LETS NOT REVERT HIS W ANIMATION to what it was before!

Ahri: but wont people notice, and start questioning us?

Zac : worry not! I have a plan for that too! Lets not remove the mana cost from W, everyone will complain about that, then next patch we remove the mana cost, and we all look like heroes!!! And if anyone makes threads questioning us, we will ignore them!

Yasuo: why are we not reverting his W animation?

Zac: for shits and giggles. And to show dominance!

Ahri : and if people question us?

Zac: ignore them!

Trundle: SEEMS LEGIT!

why is the scaling of his ult relevant to triforce? the ap on that item was removed when sheen lost its ap.

well you see, they increased the mana cost on his ult and they increased the duration of the mana cost de-buff stacks. It is therefore harder to spam R as kog'maw and harder to proc sheen.

eh, whatever. dont think it was really spamable before, due to the mana increase.

and its not like he doesnt have plenty other itemization available. be it straight up crit, or still an as/on hit build.
