@Meddler Can Kindred get a little more love?

The mark changes were great but they still get bodied by any meta jungler right now. Her lowered base stats make it difficult for her to contest marks and it feels like her damage is lacking compared to hell even without her marks.

Patch 6.13 Stats Armor reduced to 20 from 27. Armor growth increased to 3.5 from 3.25.

How do you guys feel about returning her base armor to 27 and bringing the growth per level down? No matter how you look at it -7 armor is pretty brutal especially for a champion who prides themselves on fighting with the enemy jungler.

Patch 6.9 Dance of Arrows Reduced cooldown increased to 4 / 3.5 / 3 / 2.5 / 2 seconds from 2 at all ranks

The nerf to Q's damage in 6.11 is fine but I believe this nerf cooldown has also hurt Kindred badly.

It feels like Kindred needs to get marks in order to have any feelings of relevancy which is ok but it's not going to work if she can't really compete for them in the first place.
