The question is why do we have to play with a lane bully hard carry for 2 months and wait the marksmen rework to finally be able to play with a toxic uncatchable uncounterable source of damage?

made completly unviable since s2 because he had a toxic permaslow, with a toxic laning phase (spam Q non stop). again we had to wait his rework
they didn't do it, but have done it if she was played.

but he forgot to tell you that she will deal more damage against champ with 1500 hp

kJs1 votesI'd say that it is the same team doing the Live Gameplay and the Marksmen updates or something like that. They don't want to touch Vayne because of complications with the new Marksmen update. Balancing isn't easy and requires a lot of logistics and numbers. Riot probably just thought we could endure the Vayne until pre-season.
The PBE changes are aimed to buff Vayne's late game damage towards health stacker whilst nerfing her over-all damage to low health carries.
