Basic attacks on enemy champions gain increasingly more life steal based on your missing health. BASIC ATTACKS. LIFE STEAL. I mean, yeah that totally means it works as spellvamp. .... wtf is this thread

Nope, but could be neat if Riot buffed it to apply little spell vamp the same way. Like 10% at your woundest state. (And still doing those applications of 1/3rd on AoE abilities and all of that)

I'm pretty sure it says

"Gain increasingly more Life Steal based on your missing health against champions."

By "what is written" rules, it would technically apply. I'm asking "what are mechanics?"
