Not sure if you can do this, but can you interrupt someone who is trying to escape with Thresh's lantern by CCing them? For example, someone grabs the lantern, but Alistar Pulverizes right after that, and interrupts the retrieval.
If that's not doable, it should be. Makes the lantern less of a "get out of jail free" card by letting Champions with knock-ups counter an expected retrieval.

I'm 99.99% certain you can, though I've never seen it happen.
That said - pretty much every dash in the game simply moves a champion swiftly in a given direction, they don't actually "jump" over anything. If you try gap-closing over a Zigg's minefield you detonate all the mines as though you just walked over it with pretty much everyone. Only a select few jumps offer untargetability (so you actually don't interact with anything you're jumping over). 2 of those are actual ultimates in Fiora and Zed. A handful of other dashes grant immunity to CC during their travel time (but not immunity to damage), which mostly just applies to ultimates (Vi, Malphite).
The distinction that is kind of awkward now concerning dashes is more if getting hit by a snare will cause immediately interrupt the dash, or if the snare will be applied but the champion will continue their dash, being snared upon landing. Some things, like Shyvana's ultimate, get interrupted mid-flight, where some things, like Tristana's rocket jump, take the effect to the end.

I'm 97.2% sure that she's instantly interrupted... I used to Tristana a lot, and it was really obnoxious when I was interrupted midflight... Especially when it was by Cho'Gath's Rupture or something similar (how can I be knocked up from the ground when I'm already in the air??).
67chrome1 votesA lot of jump/dash skills got buffed not to long ago to take things like snares and stuns but continue the jump.
Displacement effects like pulls, knock-backs, and knock-ups still interrupt such abilities mid flight though.
SIlentShadow19911 votesYou can if you have good timing, and a displacement or CC skill. I've interupted it with a well placed Vi Q going through the path. Pretty sure another pull like Blitzcranks should be able to also.
