Can this ability have decreasing mana cost per rank?

it would fit with the high risk/ high reward in draven's kit

perhaps a built in cleanse at the cost of adoration on it?

TBH. This is a good idea. Reworking Draven's w so it works like Lucian's e.

it makes sense to introduce more reward to the ability, since draven is built on high risk high reward. I think sacrificing adoration to give more reward in team fights is a great mechanic that can go more in depth.

or introducing more reward at certain amounts of adoration

I know...

plus if he was to receive a chnge to his W in this manner he would have a constant speed boost so he can out maneuver, kite, and chase very well if need be. However, this is while juggling his axes which is difficult to do multiple times while in a team fight. There would be more depth to him, though
