Runeglaive phoenix Udyr

Probably something used by pros not low elo

Phoenix and Turtle are his two AP abilities... sounds interesting if you're doing an AOE build with him for Phoenix. Otherwise I still think Devourer is his best go to.

Runeglaive is drastically undertuned atm (looks like they didn't want another Cinderhulk scale meta shift but went WAY too conservative)

if they eventually buff it to be an item that isn't more useless than magus was, then I see Phoenix Udyr making good use of it. until then, stay away from this item.

All right it sucks. The clearspeed and over all feel is amazing but it scales into the game like garbage.

Since Devourer got turned off recently, I've been playing Runeglaive Phoenix Udyr and I love it. With Devourer, Udyr is meant to focus on farming early game but with Runeglaive, an early kill is definitely recommended. I usually get to a lvl 3 with two points on his phoenix and 1 on his turtle. Then with ghost, I gank the corresponding lane of krugs. Even if you don't get the kill, you will almost always get a flash out of the opponent. 29% attack speed runes btw.
