Anyone else noticed an influx of trolls and AFKs in silver 1?

I know these are something you always run into. Especially in silver.

But I've promoted into silver 1 and demoted back into silver 2 three times in the past few weeks, and I've run into absolute shit tons of AFKs. The closer I am to 1200 MMR games go to absolute shit.

On other accounts with MMR up into the 1350 to 1500 range I don't have the same problem. When I drop into S 2 I don't get the AFKs either.

I'm feeling like 1200 (base MMR) is a sweet spot for shitstorm games.

Anyone else?
