PTA needs a buff.

Right now weaker than Conqueror.

Conqueror can be stacked on champions, minions and turrets then proc on the champion for true damage conversion and extra bonus AD and also every enemy champion take the true damage rather than the only one that you procced Conqueror on.. It is easy to proc and use and melee champions can constantly refresh the Conqueror.

PTA can only be stacked on one champion and it only works on one champion.

What I want changed is: PTA should be able to stack on multiple targets but obviously items like Runnan's won't work to proc multiple PTA stacks. Or Conqueror should only be able to work on the champion that you procced Conqueror on.

Did everyone forget the part where enemies hit 3 times by PTA becomes vulnerable to EVERYONE? Not just the dealer himself.

Conqueror just needs a nerf. That shit is broken
