So Meddler was so kind to give us some insight how things currently stand. Every Designer seems to have a different opinion on what Rylais' supposed to be and chances are we won't even see concrete changes in the preseason patch but maybe 6.23 earliest.

I feel the problem here is not exactly coming up with a concrete direction of Rylais but Riot's designers just pitching different ideas for AP items. Highly speculative but I feel they're just throwing around ideas and looking at what sticks instead of just focusing on ONE thing at a time.

Anyways, I imagine it'll be fun to watch, eager to await the results. Hopefully not on the day of the elections, one bad news would be enough for the day.

I don't watch worlds or much LCS, so I probably don't really know why they don't have much of a chance.

Meteos is a fucking clown, TSM was stronger in playstyle.

They simply don't understand the item exists for two groups of champions for two different reasons.

As a Brand main, I totally support the mana-cdr Rylais, even with nerfed AP/passive. But that doesn't mean I can support the decision to ruin Mordekaiser once again.

Eh, they should just split it into two and balance accordingly.

I play both Mordekaiser AND Viktor, sometimes even Brand, and though I'd much prefer Morde not to get royally fucked (in a bad way, mind you) there's a portion of my champion pool that's also going to be impaired when Rylais gets tankier.

What ever happened to just reverting the 40% slow for all spells and make it 15% again for AoE abilities. Or they can just reduce the 100 whoping AP it has. Why are they even thinking about this in this about of detail, just nerf the item slightly and people will be less likely to auto-buy it. As long as they don't Rgt. Glory the item then it will be all good.
