Leblanc PBE BUILD: item 3027 item 3001 item 3151 item 3116 item 3111 item 3135 Soo why do people build these items? The Synergy and the damage delayed output is insane, this is the reason why people that mains Leblanc doesn't want the new rework, they are forcing her to become a DPS TANK ASSASSIN. Why is this build offer alot of option to her. 1st: Survivability. 2nd: Her Damage from this build is the same as current Leblanc with a normal AP build 3rd: Her Clone will be as tanky as she is leaving her even more DECEIVING. Around 500AP, 3.5k Hp, and alot of tankyness. Leblanc Current: item 3001 item 3165 item 3020 item 3285 item 3089 item 3135 The Difference between this LEblanc and the PBE LEblanc is that, she kills you under 0.2sec

PBE LeBlanc still does work with the squishy build and does way more damage than the current one with it. It is more a thing of playstyle. It is very opportunistic.

The PBE leblanc build focuses on surviving while trying to kill your target. The current LB already has problems with that if she doesn't kill you with her QRW.
