i had the pleasure of running into this. a cho gath pushed hard, and built zz rot first item.

super cheesy. i couldnt back.

it completely forced me to focus on the wave entirely just to not lose my turret. the minions were pushing so hard.

had to go double dorans -> morello just to keep the wave at bay the entire game i couldnt leave the lane. and do you know why?

he put the portal right next to his turret so i couldn't auto attack the portal to destroy it at all

luckily garen top was winning lane hard, came mid and saved my butt. and we won the game.

(but still salty i could never back without giving up the turret outright)

this happened to me once as yasuo. The enemy nunu jungle put it to where i couldn't atk the portal and the caster minions weren't quite in range of their turret. The melee would die to a turret shot and a love tap to from the voidling

I felt like afking that game it was miserable

That item is honestly really bad by itself compared to item 3512 . It'll push your wave, but then it'll be the only thing at your tower while it gets wrecked by your tower. It'll also put whoever bought it pretty far behind due to the stats it gives only benefiting a small champion pool.

Had a Heimerdinger on my team do that one game and we ran out of damage and lost, even though we were crushing the early game. There's a trade off to it.

could be worse, like a support sona rushing it and blaceing it at her mid tower, so you have the fun vs zzrot while your lane opponent doesn't sacrifice anything for it...happened quite some time ago, even befor the juggernaut patch, but that zz-rot into banner sona carried their team prettymuch alone, the lane pressure she offert as an support was absurd, and she was damn tanky for an sona.
