Klepto getting nerfed hard soon

A lot of us saw the LCK, i believe, game where top picked zilean, intentionally didn't farm and with klepto was able to get more gold than the other laner that was farming.

I was playing tanklean support for the first two weeks and got silver from iron 2. I stopped playing it a bit because I felt the team wasn't using my utility as much as they could use my damage. The big problem as well is I wasn't able to get enough gold to pull it off as well as it could because the games were ending in 20-25 minutes. Also if the enemy team gets fed early Tanklean just doesn't have the time to get the gold.

For the last two games, I decided to take klepto support and see how much gold I could get. I almost got more gold than my adc in both games. So now I know I can do Tanklean again bot lane because you can get massive amounts of gold even as a support. I feel this will start to have klepto surge with ap in both top and bot lane and make it so the only response is for Riot to throw out huge nerfs for klepto.
